As a customer, you are entitled to guarantees under the ACL:
– For major failures, you may be entitled to:
– A replacement; or
– Cancellation of services with a refund or account credit for any unused portion; and
– Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
– For minor issues, we will offer a repair, replacement, or credit within a reasonable timeframe.
Where eligible under the ACL or at Azoogi’s discretion, a refund may be issued. Otherwise, account credits will be applied.
Returns due to change of mind are not automatically accepted. However, we may agree to a return under the following conditions:
– You notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
– Products are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
– The return request references the original invoice or quote number.
– Custom, made-to-order, or cut-length products are not returnable.
All change-of-mind returns must be pre-approved in writing.
Approved change-of-mind returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
If accepted, a credit will be applied to your Azoogi trade account. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.
If your order arrives damaged:
– Notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.
– Include clear photographs of the damage and any affected packaging.
– Retain all original packaging and items for inspection or return.
Once verified, we will organise a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
We reserve the right to refuse a credit, refund, or replacement if:
– The product was misused, damaged after delivery, or modified without authorisation.
– You were informed of any issues prior to accepting the quote.
– The matter falls outside the scope of the ACL or this policy.
– If a product is faulty or damaged under ACL provisions, we will cover return shipping.
– For discretionary or non-ACL returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping, inspection fees, and a 25% restocking fee.
– Approved credits, replacements, or refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
– Credits will be applied to your trade account. Refunds, if applicable, will be made via the original payment method.

– Your invoice or quote number
– Description of the issue
– Relevant photos or documentation
